I bring to every session two decades of education and experience in the art and science of therapeutic bodywork as well as my steadfast commitment to nurturing life, growth and healing on all levels. With a calm and focused presence, I hope you find me respectful of your experience, your innate resilience, and the vital potential flowing through you in every moment.
I live in Richmond, Vermont with my daughter and husband. I find solace and inspiration in gardening, yoga, climbing mountains, heartfelt connection, music and dance. I periodically teach yoga classes and workshops on Craniosacral Therapy.
I studied therapeutic massage with Mark Adams and Niko Pruesse of Touchstone Healing Arts in Burlington, Vermont. I am Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
I am certified in a two year curriculum of Integrative Craniosacral Therapy and a current student in the three year Somatic Experiencing training based on Dr. Peter Levine's work.
In addition to my private practice since 2003, I've provided massage and Craniosacral Therapy in the Chiropractic office of Dr. Laura Ramirez, at Stoweflake Spa, with Dr. Stewart Cohen, Licensed Acupuncturist, at Full Spectrum Health Care, and at school wellness events.
I provide these services wholeheartedly to all people, especially welcoming those from traditionally marginalized communities. People of all ages, races, colors, religious affiliations, genders, gender expressions, ethnic origins, disabilities, sexual orientations, social classes, and educational background are welcome.
